Fisioterapia Acquasana is a Swiss-based physiotherapy practice focused on delivering personalised, empathetic care for patients of all ages and needs. By combining scientific expertise with a deep understanding of each individual’s story, the practice creates tailored therapeutic solutions. Their approach fosters active patient participation and focuses on educating clients about their conditions, with the ultimate goal of empowering them to regain mobility and improve their quality of life.

The main challenge was striking the perfect balance between a modern, clean aesthetic and an interface that was intuitive and easy to use, especially for older, less tech-savvy clients. With only a logo to start, I conducted a branding audit to develop a cohesive visual identity that extended across the website. The design incorporated bold, accessible colours, which were tested for color blindness to ensure the site was inclusive for all users. Playful illustrations were introduced to visually assist navigation, representing core elements like therapy, rehabilitation, and at-home treatment options. The result was a website that not only looked contemporary but also provided an effortless experience for a wide range of users, enhancing the practice’s online presence and accessibility.
