We begin with an in-depth brand exploration workshop to define your business goals, target audience, brand positioning and market research. This will establish the blue print for your business. Let’s start with a strong foundation.
Based on the the strategy findings we will craft 3 initial visual concepts in the form of moodboards including logo sketches and ideas, colour palettes inspiration, possible typography and design directions. This ensures alignment before diving into full development, note that only one of the proposed concepts will be explored further going forward.
We further craft all the essential brand materials such as stationery, packaging, and social media assets to establish a cohesive brand presence across all platforms. In this phase we will also start working on the layout sketch for the website.
One of the proposed concepts will be developed further giving shape to your brand identity. All elements will start coming to life with a full logo suite, typography selections, and supporting design pieces. We will reveal all the components in a Branding Presentation workshop, based on your feedback we refine and perfect the visuals. Two revision rounds are included with each journey.
We finalise everything, perform quality checks, and prepare you for a successful launch with tutorials and brand guidelines. All the design assets will be delivered to you in an organised google drive folder after the completion of the last payment.

It’s time to give shape to your custom website, first an “offline” sketch is presented, based on your feedback we will refine the layout. Only after your approval the website will be built online, integrating content and possible interactive elements. The final framework of the website is built with a user friendly and intuitive interface, search engine best practices and optimised to fit on all screens.

What if I feel like something is missing? The scope of the works described above can be altered and customised at need: the aim is to create something suited for your needs. This includes swapping, adding or leaving out elements in the scope depending on your Business's necessities. We can discuss the details during our discovery call. Keep in mind that, in case of changes in the scope, pricing may have to be reconsidered.
After the strategy session we will present 2-3 carefully curated visual directions, the latter should encompass your business possible visual image: Depending on your choice we will only further develop one concept. Why is that? At Studio Anemone, I prioritise the clients' trust and wishes. While design is subjective, we've found that presenting multiple concepts can sometimes overwhelm and complicate decision-making. Therefore, we present only one concept that we believe best captures the essence of your brand and strategy. This concept is chosen after careful and in-depth research and development of various options.
By offering one concept, we streamline the decision-making process. You'll be involved in design choices, selecting from options that align with your vision. We value your feedback and provide revision rounds to ensure necessary adjustments are made.
We provide two revision rounds free of charge with any Journey. These are the moments we encourage you to provide feedback and share any adjustment or changes you’d like to see in the presented design. We value your input and will consider all your feedback, make the necessary adjustments to refine the final product. One “round” consists of as many changes as you would like to see, as long as they are all delivered at the same time. We believe that these revision rounds provide sufficient opportunity to make sure we create and deliver a visual image which best aligns with your brand. Any revisions hereafter are welcome but will charged our hourly fee.
As much as we want to accomodate you as much as we can throughout the full length of the journey some items will not be included: typography licensing costs, stock images, photography costs, platform costs, travel costs, print costs and other unforeseen costs. Not all journeys involve such expenses. However, in the case of additional fees, they will be communicated and need to be agreed upon by both parties before execution.
For Sure! I am here to assist you with a payment plan that suits you in every step of the Journey: with options ranging between 2-5 instalments. We ask for a 30-40% deposit before the start of the project, and the last payment is due before the delivery of the final assets. I understand that investing in your branding is a big step, just keep in mind that the value that comes with a strong foundation for your business is inestimable.
