Studio Anemone is a small business, please allow for 1 week processing and shipping time for all orders.
After your package is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before your order can be tracked.

All our products are shipped with PostNL, with the following estimated shipping times:

Europe: 3-8 days
Rest of the World: 7-25 days

The Netherlands: Free pick-up in The Hague, Shipping 6.95 €
Europe: 12.50 €
Rest of the World: 22.50 €

International taxes and duties:
Local taxes and customs duties are not included in your purchase. Please check with your local authority to obtain applicable rates prior to your purchasing as these are payable by the purchaser. Guidelines, Fees and Regulations vary by country.

You can submit a return request within 14 days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return, please email us at suntales@studioanemone.com with your order details and the reason for the return. Ensure that the products are unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and ensuring the parcel arrives safely at our studio. We recommend selecting a shipping method that includes a tracking code.

We will email you to confirm that we have received your return and processed your refund. The refund amount, excluding shipping costs, will be credited back to your original method of payment.
